 Job Description
  Under general direction of the Director of Administrative Services, the Finance Manager plans, organizes, manages, and participates in the operations and activities of the Finance Division; general accounting and payroll operations, budgeting and financial analysis, procurement and contracting; development and execution of budget; administration of City’s business registration program; and performs related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: A typical way of obtaining the required qualifications is to possess a
bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with a major in finance,
accounting, business or public administration, or a closely related field; and at least five years of progressively responsible public agency financial management experience, at least one of which was in a management or supervisory level. A Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business or public administration is highly desirable. Must have a CA driver's license and be insurable.
