|
The City of Irvine's Public Safety Department seeks a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer focused individual to review, process and record business licenses and serve customers at the public counter.
The License Specialist will perform a full range of duties, including interpretation of policies, procedures and guidelines, and the exercise of independent judgment on business license applications to be consistent with departmental policies. Effective communication skills and proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are also critical to this position. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by technical courses in computer word processing and database applications, and two years experience relevant experience or any equivalent combination.
