Come and join the executive management team of Christopher Chung, the new City Manager at the City of West Covina. Mr. Chung is a progressive City Manager who knows West Covina well and is looking for an experienced finance officer with strong background in RDA ROPS work with the Department of Finance.
The CAFR for 2012 is complete and the City is ready to kick off the preparation of the FY 13/14 budget.
Under administrative direction, the Finance Director plans, organizes, directs the auditing, budget preparation, cost accounting and purchasing activities of the City; oversees various City tax and other revenue-producing programs; participation in special Citywide management functions and projects such as long-term capital budgeting, installation of data processing programs; and performs related duties as required
