The city of Pasadena is seeking a professional level accountant and financial analyst to maintain and control assigned accounting systems and fiscal services.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
• Be able to commit to the City's busy financial season, typically July through November.
• Capable of introducing improvement the accounting operation to include contribution to the City's financial system.
• Has a background in government accounting including Utility Accounting
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Has three years of related experience including two years of supervisory experience for the Principal Accountant level.
