  • Registration Closes on January 15, 2013.
  • Payment must be received in the CSMFO office no later than February 8, 2013 to avoid a late processing fee.
  • You do NOT have to be a CSMFO member to purchase a package. Just click the Non-Member registration button.
  • The primary conference contact should be the name used when signing up for a sponsorship. This should be the person CSMFO contacts regarding your sponsorship and your attendees as well as your booth selection.
