• What options are available to address pension liabilities and stabilize pension costs?
• How can agencies manage their retiree healthcare obligations?
Jennifer Meza is the Supervisor of the Client Services Department at PARS. Her team provides full service to over 500 member agencies. She is responsible for building relationships with clients, marketing a variety of public agency programs and customizing retirement plan designs. Jennifer also provides consulting services to clients in California. She is experienced in post-employment benefits trusts, defined benefit and defined contribution plan designs. She is passionate about the needs and goals of each individual client.
Christiane Tsuda is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for HighMark Capital Management, Union Bank’s investment advisory subsidiary. Christiane manages investment portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts, retirement plans, foundations, and non-profit organizations. In her 30 years of investment experience she has managed Global Equity Products, Large Cap and Mid-cap growth strategy portfolios.
