Bill Bassitt is the President/CEO of Stanislaus Economic Development and Workforce Alliance. In that capacity he created the organization structure, staffing, financing and operational plan for an organization that integrates economic development with workforce needs. His leadership efforts led to designation of one of the largest Enterprise Zones in California. He currently is leading an economic development program which focuses on employment sectors in logistics and goods movement, biotechnology, agriculture, and agri-tech ventures Bill has an extensive background in chamber of commerce leadership.
