 Description

What is the current landscape of Tax Allocation Bonds in California? The California Redevelopment Association has scheduled a webinar, "Tax Allocation Bonds for Successor Agencies" on April 9 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the viability of tax allocation bonds in today's Post-Redevelopment World. Bond experts will discuss where the bond market is today and where it may be going. Other topics of discussion include rating considerations on new offerings, pledging tax increment that flows through counties, cash flow and special fund analysis, debt service and ROPS obligations/constraints, and disclosure requirements.

Registration fees for this webinar is $129 for CRA members and $189 for nonmembers. Click here to register. For those interested in taking advantage of the discount membership rate, contact Tom Hart at thart@calredevelop.org. Below is further information on the webinar.

Tax Allocation Bonds for Successor Agencies
Are tax allocation bonds still viable in light of the dissolution of redevelopment agencies? The panel will explore the ability to pledge tax increment which flows through counties, cash flow and the special fund, debt service and the ROPS, and disclosure requirements.
