Additional information regarding registering:

  • Registration Closed on January 31st, 2012.
  • Payment must be received in the CSMFO office no later than February 28, 2012 to avoid a $100 late processing fee to be assessed.
  • You do NOT have to be a CSMFO member to purchase a package. Just click the Non-Member registration button.
  • The primary conference contact should be the name used when signing up for a sponsorship. This should be the person CSMFO contacts regarding your sponsorship and your attendees as well as your booth selection.
