This one and one-half day seminar is the first in a series of three debt issuance courses. Topics include roles and responsibilities of financing team members, types of short- and long-term financings, the decision to use credit enhancement, and the credit rating process. The session will conclude with adiscussion of issuer responsibilities for initial and continuing disclosure.
