Please join us on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 for Utility Finance Officers of Orange County meeting – facilitated by the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers Association. Our speaker will be Adán Ortega, Jr. and he will be discussing SB 998 (implementation date 2/1/20), which restricts water shut-offs and mandates a 60-day waiting period for delinquents.
