Thursday, July 30th - 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

The Career Development Committee is continuing to provide webinars providing guidance and insight into the critical issues resulting from the COVID-19 crisis. Please join Thursday, July 30th for the COVID-19 Webinar: “COVID-19 and California’s Economic Outlook from 10:00-11:30AM.

The COVID-19 recession has upended California’s economy, and exposed how much inequality has grown since the last recession. This seminar will go over the latest data on the economy and the state forecast, with discussion of how different cities and counties might be affected. For example, travel will likely be slow for a while, but logistics becomes more important. Participants will hopefully come away with a better understanding of how their local economies and populations might react as the recovery progresses.
