Description & Details

The City of Stockton is seeking to fill one (1) Program Manager II position. The incumbent in this position will be assigned to the Treasury Division of the Administrative Services Department. The Treasury Division manages the City's pooled investment portfolio and twenty-five debt issues which total approximately $587 million. The Debt and Treasury function services include: working as the primary liaison with the City's primary financial institution, up to and including deposit, merchant and other financial activities; current and long-term cash forecasting; investment management of the cash and investment portfolio with a total of over $400 million; investor relations, market disclosures and financing/refinancing programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business or public administration, or the field of the program to which assigned, economics, or a closely related field and two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience involving program or project management. In addition to the above, two (2) years of work experience at a level equivalent to the City's Program Manager I class.
